Now that the Blackfire event at Midsouthcon is past, you all get to see the cover for Blackfire Rising.
The reading went very well, and I got to read some of my favorite scenes in the book. I’m very grateful to Midsouthcon for giving me the time and space to discuss the resurrection of Blackfire, and I hope it’s garnered new fans.
I’m really excited about this book, which blends the previously published Blackfire stories with new stories into a compendium letting everyone into the world of Sara Harvey and the Blackfire crew. Some of you have already preordered it – yay! – and that really helps me out, folks.
I’ve also been informed that there will be a hardback edition! This is only the second of my books to be available in hardback after Moonlight Sonata, and I’m looking forward to seeing it. Both editions can be preordered here (to buy direct from me) or through Falstaff Books. Books ship April 3!
